I've lost 14.4 lbs since Valentine's day. Like Mountaindewed, it seems like I lose a little more when I eat a little more. More like 1500 calories. I was sticking pretty religiously to 1100-1300 calories but yesterday I was at 1625 calories and I lost 1.4 lbs from yesterday to today. So far today I've had two hard boiled eggs, a piece of watermelon, 2/3rds of a banana, a tablespoon of peanut butter to dip the banana in, and a beef burrito. I was starving at l0 so I decided not to deprive myself and got the burrito. So far I am at 671 calories for the day. Lunch will be a small piece of chicken, a little rice, and some asparagus. I don't know what dinner will be. Trying to hit 1400-1600 calories today.
