Why don't I learn from my mistakes? Is it possible to learn from mistakes?

The guy I love got back in touch things have been going so well between us. Then he gas refused to video call or phone call. Remember I have no idea what he looks or sounds like. He told me at 7pm we could talk on the phone at 8:30pm so I texted him to confirm it as he said this the other night too and cancelled my call.

He refused to take my call says he is shy etc complete and utter BS. I mean I got dressed up for him he wanted me in sexy lingerie which I bought for him last week.
