I talked to my boss (my actual, current boss) who said she would talk to them (the former bosses, yeesh so many bosses...) in a non-confrontational way about the problem. At first I was opposed because I felt it was me having the problem and I should be the one to solve it, without my boss getting involved. But maybe it's not inappropriate for my boss to handle this, from a conflict resolution role, and I'm exhausted from going in circles about this guy they've hired.
Thank you for your response and your advice. In some ways, the worst part of the situation is the fact that I'm really close to these people, my former bosses. I hate fighting with them and somehow can't imagine accusing them of discriminating against me. But at the same time, that's what they're doing...
