I tried going to sleep last night around 7. I put on Pink Floyd’s Dark Side Of The Moon since that always puts me to sleep. I fell asleep right as the clocks were chiming on Time. But then I woke up really early half an hour ago for some reason. Now I’m wide awake and super anxious.
I’d like to be able to just stay up. The way a lot of people with BP do when they don’t sleep. But I can’t function if I don’t get 6-10 hours of sleep. Like no matter how much caffeine I drink I won’t be able to get out of bed the next day.
