This is happening to me too....it just hit me about a week ago and will not go away.......I can't take it anymore but I am scared to take the tranqulizers for fear of addiction....yet I can't get through the day without panic attacks if I don't ....I don't know what to do anymore!!!

I am usually a happy person but have begun to suffer from uncontrollable anxiety attacks so I am feeling rather stressed out and scared these days
