Ouch, that is a high fine for most then. Five months is a really long time to wait for a package!

I agreed to meet vaccinated family for lunch outside tomorrow but now I am really regretting it. I thought we would do a picnic but they want to go to a restaurant. The one they've suggested does not seem safe to me. I did eat at an outdoor restaurant last summer but people were sitting far apart and the case counts were in the single digits.
