Yesterday I was 177. Today I was back to 174. Yesterday I ended up eating some oatmeal and a can of soup for dinner instead of 2 cans of soup. Then I had a cosmic brownie around 8. So it was 1,610 calories. Still not bad. I think 1600 is just about what I need to lose weight consistently. Although I am still trying to hold off for a bit.
Today I had a cosmic brownie at 2:30AM, and a can of orange Vanilla Coke and a large iced coffee from McDonald’s around 8:30. I had a cucumber and a couple small packs of these cereal snack things around 9:30-10. The cereal packs had 50-60 calories each. For lunch I plan on having some cheese and another cucumber. Dinner will be oatmeal and a can of soup. I have down 1,230 calories. So I may add something else in. Maybe a bottle of kombucha.
