Well, my husband's attempt to shop didn't go too well. The parking lots at the several supermarkets he tried were completely full. It was completely chaotic. When they announce changes in phases on Mondays, it doesn't take effect until Thursday, so people have bit more time to organize. But, when they announce on Thursdays, it takes effect on Saturday. It's not enough time. He managed to stop off at a produce stand for vegetables, at least. Then when he got back home, he saw the truck of the company that usually delivers us the 20 liter jugs of water to us. He was able to flag him down and buy 3 jugs. It's not like we have no other food in the house, but there were some things we had hoped to buy.
