I ended up adding 2 bottles of kombucha, a piece of cheese, 6 little gold potato’s, and a cupcake pudding to the stuff I already mentioned. Then I had the soup for dinner. I’m at 1,415 calories and I took a mile long walk so I’m wondering if I’m still too low to lose anything. Especially since 290 calories were eaten at 2:30 this morning. But I was eating and drinking stuff all day. So whatever.
Basically I just grazed today and my dietician told me not to do that. I’m just trying to use up the food in my house before I move.
