Today I had 2 hard boiled eggs and some whole grain toast with light butter for breakfast. A banana for snack. A small piece of chicken 3 oz, a 1/4 cup of rice, and 5 pieces of asparagus for lunch. Then I had a granola bar and half of a banana for snack. I'm thinking of a salad with cheese, and grilled chicken for dinner with light Italian dressing. I'm not sure that will get me to at least 1200 calories though so I might need to eat something else before bed. I'm only at 738 calories before the salad.
