I did a 9 minute guided imagery audio thing on my phone. It helped with my anxiety. I took a 10 milligram melatonin and I fell asleep fairly quickly and now I’m up at my usual time. Probably for an hour or so.
But my sleep schedule got messed up because of DLS just like I expected.
