I had 1500 calories yesterday. I was thinking of getting take out last night but I for some reason was just in the mood for a couple pieces of cheese. But today I was 172.2. My goal is 140 by October.
So far today I’ve had 2 bananas, a piece of blueberry cheese, a giant cucumber, an iced coffee, and a 20oz Mountain Dew. I plan on having another piece of cheese, a pint of Halo Top ice cream, and 3 eggs. I have down right around 1500 calories.
