Yes, it's strange. It's not like psychosis or anything, but for example a while ago I had this nightmare where I woke up thinking my father had died, and that conviction stuck with me for a day or two. I have that sort of thing fairly regularly with Seroquel, and sometimes the feeling that the dream was somehow real will stay for up to a week or so, even if the dream was really bizarre and couldn't have been real.
