171 today. I had 3 pieces of cheese and a Fanta for breakfast. Lunch was some fish and fries. I had a bottle of kombucha just now. I plan on having 2 eggs for dinner. I have down 1,425 calories. I am kind of stressed today so I’m not my usual outrageously hungry self. Plus I went down on a med which may be making a difference. Mainly it’s the stress though.
I went to the store and got all the produce and cheese and healthy ice cream and stuff that I was completely out of.
