I’m doing well with my anxiety today. Depression on the other hand....

I did take a Xanax early this morning around 8. The grocery store was kinda crowded but I wasn’t paying much attention to the crowds. My mom was impressed though at how well I handled it. It was mostly older people who I am guessing had their vaccines. I only saw a couple people my age.
