You've very accurately described the same experience I have. Oh, how I wish I'd never met Seroquel! I've been on so many, many meds, but not one of them has had such a deleterious effect on me as Seroquel has. And now if I don't take it at night I simply don't sleep. And that in itself becomes cause for depression. I guess I need to bite the bullet and cut the 12.5 down, bit by bit, until I can substitute the S-quel for a different sleep medication.
