I also have both bipolar and ADHD. The best thing for my bipolar is Vraylar (which is an atypical antipsychotic, but for me had never had any side effects at all). I also take wellbutrin and clonodine to help with the ADHD, and just switched from Adderall to Vyvanse (both stimulants), because stimulants don't have any bad effects on me with my bipolar in check. Wellbutrin helps my ADHD a tiny bit, but I need stimulants for me to notice a big difference.
