Yesterday I had homemade chicken noodle soup and half a sandwich on whole grain bread for breakfast, for a snack I had a package of Knott's Berry farm cookies and a banana, for lunch I had an orange and a beef burrito, for dinner I had El Pollo Loco chicken, rice, and broccoli, and for dessert I had See's Candies Scotchmallow one piece. 1262 calories. So far I've lost 15 lbs since Valentine's day.
