Awww purplebutterfly!!! What if I want you around? I made the purple just for you!! Hey check it out though--it's not so bad. I wasn't "planned"--and for many years growing up, thought I wasn't "wanted."
I know now though that it's a little different than what I thought. Even so, even if what you say is true (which is impossible, because a nasty generalization that includes EVERYBODY IN THE WORLD doesn't count and is a cognitive distortion), let's say they don't want you--- who cares? Is someone liking or not liking you a pre-requisite for happiness or self-worth? I think not! What about orphans? They WEREN'T wanted, and yet they still manage to find happiness and self-worth and meaning, to their lives. It's a good thing that we don't give into every silly emotion we have, isn't it?
