No no no, that's not what I meant. It's only group therapy where I have trouble making progress! I get a lot out of individual therapy and work on lots of different things there.

The problem with having a different T for group therapy is that I wouldn't go. I only go to group therapy at all because my T runs it, and I have some faith that he might know if it's good for me or not.

I definitely feel like giving up on it pretty often though.
