I fell into a deep sleep for about 3 hours. But I’ve been up since. I’m telling myself it’s ok to not sleep good every once in awhile. I can always sleep in the car. I just get super cranky and anxious when I don’t sleep well but I’ve been better at hiding my bad moods from my family. Especially these last few days.
Edit: I’m trying everything to fall asleep and nothing has worked. I’ve tried mindfulness, deep breathing, weighted blankets, and white noise. I’m just gonna get up in an hour or 1.5 hours if I can’t back and just chalk it up as a loss for sleep.
