Today is a little better for me. My goals were to do self-care and open a box. I managed my self-care and now I'm just waiting on the motivation to open that box. My online therapist wants me to sit on the patio too. But that is pushing it. I will try. It's just so hard to get dressed. I wish I had a fenced-in backyard.
