177 today. It’s been tough these last 2 days without eating most of the day and then be starving at 7PM. We have gotten a lot of take out and fast food. Today wasn’t too bad. I had a bottle of kombucha an orange and a banana for breakfast. I also got a sugar free French vanilla iced coffee. I had some carrots for a snack. For lunch I stopped at a fancy gas station and I got a rare flavor of Mountain Dew and a yogurt parfait. So right now I’m at 1,030 calories. Which isn’t bad considering how late it is. I don’t know what I’ll want or have for dinner. I don’t have any snacks with me in the hotel room. Just a bag of baby carrots. I was so busy with remembering my meds and enough clothes I didn’t think of bringing any food with me.
Edit: I ended up eating a turkey unwich with no Mayo from Jimmy Johns for dinner. So less then 300 calories. I ate healthy today so I feel good physically.
