I had quite a bit of anxiety in the car today. I looked around and besides my bottle of Xanax I had my weighted blanket and a brown paper bag that had carrots in it. That made me smile because in one of my favorite TV shows someone is having an anxiety attack and the other person says “do you need to breathe in the paper bag?” So then I felt better after thinking about that. But I still took my 2mil Xanax today.
