Right now I am experiencing anxiety. I have experienced 2 or 3 panic attacks recently. I have thought I should be in a hospital, but I have to get through this on my own because of the pandemic & I have to manage my outside world by myself. I'm sorry. I'm trying very hard, & I'm better this morning, so maybe that's a good sign.
