I ended up accidentally being super low on calories yesterday. I ate just under 1200. Today so far I’ve had an orange, a Mountain Dew, a little cup of frozen yogurt, a yogurt parfait, and another turkey unwich with no mayonnaise. I have been running around nonstop this morning so I plan on having a whole burger for dinner since I burned a lot and if I go over a bit on my 1200 calories then that’s fine.
