Most of the references I can find mention things like swallowing the blade or spitting it out, but not keeping it balanced carefully in your mouth.

Normally I don't read too much into dreams, but this one stood out to me for some reason.

Maybe it means to provoke to danger or to constantly live on the edge, living through extremes, taking unnecessary risks... Or that there is some danger hiding in the bush, you know it is there, but you just let it be.
