@ReveuseTroublee: Thanks, that does sound like a plausible explanation on its own. However, I don't think it applies to my situation. I'm not someone who takes unnecessary risks, or at least I can't think of what they would be, and I don't tend to just leave dangerous situations be, either. Unless you count ECT treatment as a risk, which I suppose it is in a sense, but definitely not an unnecessary one.

@BethRags: By the way, the "presences" and the fear of the dark are something I get sometimes when I get mixed features, but they also seem to be provoked by Seroquel sometimes. So maybe those experiences could be another Seroquel-related thing for you as well.
