I always have an internal monologue. Constant 24/7 never stops for a second. Some people don't have this.

The voices I've heard in psychosis came from sources around the room or in other rooms and I could hear them like there was someone really talking.

This comment is worth it's weight in gold, an internal monologue is called subvocalization or self-talk, with which some of us are tormented with as we get sort of groomed into internalizing inner talk more as this 'thing' harass and attempts to blackmail you.

Within my personnel experiences of this, I do believe that some of us are indeed TI's though you would never know without the internet.
