Hi all, (it's currently 3:03am)
My sleep has been just awful lately. I can't get to sleep until around 4am and when I do fall asleep I sleep for about 10 hours. When I wake up I have absolutely no motivation to get myself out of bed, so I'll just end up going back to sleep on and off for hours and hours until around mid day.
I suffer from nightmares due to my PTSD and it makes me afraid to go to sleep and I just don't feel sleepy at night because I have always been a night owl.
I started taking off brand Zzzquil and that seemed to help a bit and I drink Sleepytime tea before bed as well.
Just sort of sharing my experience with everyone.
