I had a busier day with two ZOOM events. They're really amusing! I managed to walk to the river with my dog for the first time this year. But we sat on a bench once we made it there. I'm so weak! I barely have the breath for a full sentence. I enjoyed the sun today but it was windy again. Always, the darn wind.

@Soupe du jour: I am thrilled that you found a good psychiatrist! It could have been a real obstacle but here you lucked out on the first try! Congratulations! The charges all sound reasonable and will disappear (?) once you're on public benefits so you're the envy of us all!

@buddha1too: I'm Canadian and i sort of fall thru the cracks. I make too much for public support but not enough to afford to pay out-of-pocket. I put up with my med charges but i can't afford a quality therapist.
