Hi, @will19, I was thinking, maybe stay on the job to see what the new people are like & how things are run? What if the new atmosphere turns out to be just what you've needed & you end up looking forward to going to work each day? If you don't like it, you can then retire, or like TunedOut says, maybe look for a different job? I hope everything works out perfect for you. You deserve that. You are obviously well respected at your job, & you are very thoughtful & conscientious.
