I was 173 exactly today. So a little bit less than yesterday. Yesterday I had 2,033 calories but maintenance for me is 2,300 and I had basically just healthy stuff yesterday. A lot of fruit and stuff.
So far today I’ve had a little bag of Doritos, a 16oz Mountain Dew, a Fuji apple, a sugar free French vanilla iced coffee, and a Coke. For lunch I’m going to have an avocado and 2 pieces of Ezekiel bread. For a snack I’m going to have a Fage yogurt, dinner will be a baked potato. I have down 1,509 calories.
