Hi Jasie,
I have used EMDR with both of my T's. I find it really helpful but it is very stressful, but the relief comes quick enough unlike traditional desensitization trauma therapy.
If you are like me who has a lot of trauma stuff, it takes longer because there is so much to desensitize. But luckily some of the trauma are clustered together. When I am a T someday, I will make sure I am certified in this.
