I weighed myself this afternoon and with shoes and clothes on I was 176. So I think I’m making progress. I had a couple sodas and an apple for breakfast. Lunch was half a sandwich. My snack was an orange. Dinner will be the side salad that came with my dinner. I have down 1,491 calories.
I have a piece of chocolate cake that I got because I had a $6 off coupon if I spent $15 and I heard this place has really good chocolate cake. But I am going to save that for tomorrow and probably share it as well with someone.
