I was 172.2 Today. I woke up super hungry for sweets so I ate that piece of death by chocolate cake. Then I went back to sleep and I was still hungry so I had 10 frozen chicken rings. I also had a sugar free French vanilla iced coffee and a 16oz mango Pepsi. With the can of soup I’m having for dinner I’ll be at 1,540 calories. The shot I get on Saturdays makes me super hungry on Sundays. But I feel ok now after the chicken rings. So I think I can stick to my goal. I took a brief walk an hour ago.
