So Sorry you are in this terrible situation! Unfortunately i am not sure if there is much that you can do. i'd suggest to try to have a sincere talk with them and try to make them understand that you meant no harm to them. It will be up to them whether to Believe you or not. i am So Sorry. i'd suggest to pursue individual therapy as well if you feel like that may help you. i wish i had something useful to say.
