I still only want to see certain people I’m ok and comfortable around. I do plan on going back to work in August which I’m a bit worried about since I’ve been isolating since last June and I’ve mainly seen only family and doctors since last March.

But things are getting better and I’m seeing more people and getting more comfortable. I’m just doing it slowly. I can go out to stores now on weekends and my agoraphobia isn’t as bad as it was before.
