She has put lots of it in e-mails. One time I took 9 minutes to eat something and she found out because she is constantly walking by my desk to check on me. I e-mailed back that I would leave work a bit past my scheduled time of 5 pm and she sent an e-mail saying I have exceeded the amount of time allowed to take a lunch break.And that I not authorized to work after 5pm. Then she wrote that' if this behavior continues, you have been warned that disciplinary measures may be taken.'

She has sent this all up the chain to HR like I said. They gave her permission to treat me like that. Now I'm taking a half day a week to talk to a psychologist and she was talking about making me get proof about my medical appointments.
