I need some uplifting encouragement. My h does not understand there is such a thing like that. I have asked him for it, told him I need it. He doesn’t do it and says he does not have any understanding of what I am talking about. Even after I showed him How to articles, he does not have that in him at all.

Yes, I am asking for encouragement from a support group because I cannot get it from family. Also, I would never burden friends by being needy and asking for encouragement. They wouldn’t be my friends anymore (and I only sort of have two friends).
