I could apply for a custodian job. Kind of a step down from being a chemist though - and it's a 45 minute commute. Other jobs don't turn up often - especially not good ones. To transfer to another boss would take permission from the exec who has not shown any sympathy towards me. She just told me I had to adjust to the supervisory style.
