I weighed 178 today. I’m pretty sure it’s the new over the counter sleeping pill that’s making me hungry at night. My mom said my eating is almost frantic like and it happens shortly after I take the med. So I threw it out this afternoon and I’ll have to figure out another way to help me sleep. So far today I’ve been hungry but I’ve been controlling it. I’m trying to zig zag which means not eating the same amount of calories everyday. For example today I’m eating 1,376 and then tomorrow I’m eating 1,652. It’s supposed to help you not plateau and help you not yo yo. I found an online calculator to help me figure it out.
