I came across a DBT workbook for bipolar disorder and was considering purchasing it. I'm going over DBT in my class and it sounds helpful. So that sparked my interest in trying a workbook because I have heard of them before. I decided to sleep on it, and I'll go ahead and hit checkout when I get paid this Friday. There are definitely a few things I need to work on about myself and I can't afford a therapist right now.
Thank you for your advice!!
