I've had a couple of good days. And I think today will be a good day. I have a telehealth appointment with my med provider today. It's just routine to get med refills. I really wish I could try a new AD, but I'm afraid of side effects. And I have too many upcoming appointments to mess with my chemistry right now. I'll just have to keep on the way I am. I think if I can control my thoughts better, I will do better.
