Sometimes, it doesn't seem to help lately though, I've tried it a few times this past week. Idk what the problem is. Usually when I don't sleep for this long it heads into mania but it seems to be being prevented for now at least due to my meds so I'm just stuck with the insomnia part. I'm not tired at all. It's frustrating because I know it's bad for my mental health to be this sleep deprived even if I'm not physically tired. I don't really know what to do. I get my weighted blanket this weekend though so maybe that will help.
