If I miss one dose of Effexor or Trileptal, I definitely feel an effect. The others, not so much. I've skipped Welbutrin several times and no problems (I didn't do it on purpose, the second dose I skipped bc I forgot to bring it with me when I left the house). I've skipped Abilify without a problem too.
