So Sorry that things are not being too easy! i agree with the other wise and wonderful posters about there being other meds with some potential withdawals in case of missed doses. i think it is wise to be careful when taking them. Personally i did skip a few doses sometimes but i don't have bipolar and it was a very low dose so it didn't have much effect on me or at least i didn't notice it. i think that with bipolar and at higher doses withdraw can have some bigger side effects. Please do try to be careful and definitely talk to your pdoc and doctors to see if there are "lighter" meds. Please do not give up.
