Hello all. I havent been on here much. Tomorrow I start an outpatient virtual hospital treatment. Its over Zoom and I am so anxious i want to puke. I thought with virtual I would be less anxious but by was I wrong. Any input or good vibes are appreciated. Its DBT and part of me is excited to learn but the other part of me is telling me to cancel. Ugh this is tough.
