I have had trouble sleeping lately. Well I`ve always had trouble getting to sleep. Right now it is really bad and it`s beyond frustrating. I `ve been experiencing more anxiety at night too. There are some nights I actually go without any sleep at all and there are times like now when I`m totally grateful for the few hours of sleep but I also had a nightmare so that sucked. I already have trouble functioning at what you would call a normal sleeping schedule but this is really messing with me . I really don`t feel good but I don`t know how to fix this. Anyway I hope the rest of you are doing better than I am. Hugs to those that want them
