Have you heard of intermittent FMLA? Your boss is wrong that you need to give notice. If you get your therapist or doctor to fill out the intermittent FMLA paperwork, you can take those Monday afternoons off all year and there's nothing they can do about it. Sorry you are dealing with crummy people.
